Having mastered her craft with PhiBrows in 2017, Penny is now a multi certificate Permanent Make Up artist.

As a young girl growing up in her family owned Nails salon for 20 plus years. Rose was curious about the progress of creating long acrylic nails. She soon realized the 20-30 minutes women spend at a nail salon can genuinely make a difference in their confidence and attitude. Rose is naturally a people person. She loves to listens and socialize with new people. Rose truly enjoy her profession because no matter how bad a day her clients are having, they leave her chair with a smile and a new attitude. Making her clients happy and changing their day from bad to good makes it all worth it.

Heather creates different works of art every single day but she might not be seen as your typical artist – rather than using a canvas to paint her captivating designs, fingernails are her backdrop of choice.
